The Staff at the Purchasing and Warehouse Department welcomes you!!

  The Purchasing Department  is here to help you by providing services to all sites in the District.  We deliver and pickup Interoffice and US Mail daily, process UPS mailings daily, deliver frozen and dry foods to the kitchens weekly, process and deliver warehouse requisitioned supplies daily, process and deliver non-stock supplies daily,  research product and pricing information, and provide contracts for purchasing software, printers, printer cartridges, maintenance hardware, and various other supplies and equipment.

This web site provides links to various information for vendors wishing to do business with us, as well as links to current contracts for our district users, our mail routes and regulations we must follow.
